Returns:
Returns are accepted within the first 30 days after the item is received, with the exception of custom signs which are non-returnable. Returns require a RMA number. Returns without an RMA number will be rejected. All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Also, we do not refund any shipping charges and the customer is responsible for the return postage. This policy is for items ordered without first reading the item description and other buyer caused returns. Returns or replacements for any manufacturer defect or UPS damage will be covered without cost to the customer.
